KUNOUZ MALL KUWAIT

Situated in Al Dajeej area of Al Kuwait city, the challenge, that KONOUZ mall presented, was the complete exploitation of the allowable built up area 60 000m2. The result was a grid plan that took advantage of the whole space – usable space down to the last cm2. KONOUZ mall combines practicality of its plan with the esthetics of an animated façade. The mall uses cutting edge construction technology that employed ventilated façade systems and light weight tensile ETFE domes to capture the comfort of sustainable buildings and improve the usability of the space.
